Hassle-Free Returns Guide

Quick Checklist for Easy Returns

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Return the item unused, in its original packaging.
  • Keep seals intact — testing headphones/earbuds before returning is not allowed.
  • Include all parts and accessories.
  • Respect the return time limits.
  • Confirm the item is not marked as non-returnable.

Time Limits

  • Wrong item, damaged on delivery, or missing parts → return within 7 days.
  • Defective items → return within 7 days.

📦 Preparing Your Return

  • Pack items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and seals must be included.
  • If requirements aren’t met, the return will be rejected and sent back.
  • You may re-log the return once missing parts/packaging are included, but collection/delivery fees may apply.

🚫 Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Items

  • Must be returned within 7 days.
  • Options: replacement or credit to your account.
  • If no replacement stock is available, credit will be issued.
  • Items are not considered “damaged on delivery” if:
    • Damage was caused by you.
    • Damage resulted from electrical surges.
    • Item works as described but was used incorrectly.

⚠️ Defective Items

  • Return within 7 days.
  • After inspection, we may repair, replace, or credit your account.
  • Not all defects can be repaired, and replacement stock may not always be available.
  • Returns will be rejected if the defect is due to:
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Negligence or misuse.
    • Electrical surges, corrosion, or modifications.
    • Using the item for unintended purposes.

🛡 Warranty Items

Extended Warranties

  • Some products have warranties beyond 7 days (details on product page).
  • If defective after 6 months, log a return promptly.
  • We’ll assist with supplier returns (free of charge).
  • Supplier may charge evaluation fees.
  • If repair/replacement takes longer than 21 days, we’ll issue credit/refund.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Returns handled directly by the manufacturer.
  • Contact details will be provided when you log the return.

🎁 Bundles

  • Bundle Deal (custom or site-created): You may return the entire bundle or individual items. Credit will reflect the price paid (after discounts).
  • Pre-packed Bundle (supplier-created): Must return all items together. Partial returns may be refused.

💻 Digital Items

  • Only returnable if defective.
  • Report issues within 7 days (e.g., invalid code, missing content).
  • If accepted, choose replacement or refund.

🔐 Items That Store Data

  • Provide unlock codes/passwords for assessment.
  • Without access, returns may be refused.
  • Factory resets may be required — back up your data beforehand.

Wrong Item Returned

  • Ensure you send back the correct item.
  • Incorrect returns may be disposed of.
  • If found, you must collect it yourself.

📮 Collection & Delivery

  • Choose between collection or drop-off at a pickup point (within 7 days of logging return).
  • Large items must be collected — no pickup point option.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Marked on product page. Exceptions apply if wrong, damaged, or defective. Examples:

  • Health/safety: earphones, headsets, earplugs.
  • Digital: vouchers, gaming codes, downloads.
  • Media/software: unsealed audio/video recordings, software, books, magazines.
  • Personalized/custom items.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Chargers, cables, power banks, phone cases → exchange for different spec/colour only if unopened.

💳 Credits & Refunds

  • Choose credit, refund, or replacement when logging return.
  • Credits: loaded within 2 business days, valid for 3 months.
  • Refunds: processed via original payment method (3–5 business days). If unavailable, verified bank details required.
  • Donations made with purchase are non-refundable.

🎟 Coupons & Vouchers

  • Voucher payments: refunded as non-refundable credit to your account.
  • Coupon payments: new coupon issued with same value, subject to new terms.
  • Example:
    • R100 voucher used on R500 item → R100 credit + refund/credit of R400.
    • R250 coupon used on two R125 items, return one → new R125 coupon issued.
